Special bag for cut flowers is delivered with every bouquet – it makes life of plants longer and smile on an addressee's face happier.
If you are not satisfied with our flowers, you can always contact us in 24 hours after delivery time. Be sure, we will do everything to solve the problem.

On special occasions we keep the right of equivalent substitution of flowers and wrapping materials. All the changes concerning general look, color scale and the arrangement cost will be discussed with a customer.
Sometimes seasonal flowers are not available at the moment. Call us to be sure.
The specified sizes of bouquets and arrangements are approximate. The real size of flower arrangements could differ on 5-10 cm (on 2-3 cm for wedding bouquets).

To get a discount you must be registered on our site. Beginning from the 2-nd purchase you will get a discount of 3% from your order. If the sum of your order exceed 200 USD, you get a discount of 5% for all your subsequent orders. If the sum of your order exceed 500 USD, you get a discount of 7% for all your subsequent orders.
The discount for the advanced orders
- We provide additional 2% discount for orders placed and payed from 7 to 14 days prior to delivery date.
- We provide additional 3% discount for orders placed and payed 14 days (and more) prior to delivery date.
The discount for Webmoney users
- We provide additional 3% discount for orders payed through Webmoney payment system.
Total discount cannot make more then 10 %, including all types of discounts.
Delivery of flowers is carried out across Moscow and the nearest Moscow suburbs.
The Flower delivery service works without holidays and days off.
Express two-hour delivery across Moscow is also available.
All orders with delivery date on February, 14-15 and March, 4-8 have the 20% extra charge.
