Substitution

On special occasions we keep the right of equivalent substitution of flowers and wrapping materials. All the changes concerning general look, color scale and the arrangement cost will be discussed with a customer.

Sometimes seasonal flowers are not available at the moment. Call us to be sure.

The specified sizes of bouquets and arrangements are approximate. The real size of flower arrangements could differ on 5-10 cm (on 2-3 cm for wedding bouquets).

Discounts

The Flower delivery service Flowers-2-Russia offers the System of Discounts, which starts operating from the first purchase.

To be included in the System of Discounts you need to be registered.

• The Flower delivery service of Flowers-2-Russia gives you 3% discount right after the registration for all the subsequent orders.
• 5% discount for all subsequent orders will be given to you when the total sum of your purchases exceeds $200.
• 7% discount will be given to you when the sum of your purchases exceeds $500.

Advanced order discounts

All clients who pay for flowers delivery no later than 7 days before the delivery date, get 2% additional discount. For orders paid in 14 days before the date of delivery discount is 3%.

Payment method discounts

All clients who pay with the help of Webmoney billing system get 3% discount.

The maximum order discount does not exceed 10% on the whole.

Delivery

Delivery of flowers is carried out across Moscow and the nearest Moscow suburbs.

The Flower delivery service works without holidays and days off.

Express two-hour delivery across Moscow is also available.

Attention! Orders on Saturday and Sundays must be done beforehand.

Bouquet delivery in the nearest Moscow suburbs (Vidnoe, Dzerzhinsky, Dolgoprudny, Zelenograd, Korolev, Krasnogorsk, Lyubertsy, Mytischi, Odintsovo, Vostochny village, Severny village, Reutov, Khimki) is to be discussed in any particular case.

Because of the great number of orders on holidays (New Year, St. Valentine's Day, March, 8) make orders beforehand to let us guarantee on-time delivery.

Terms of payment

3 ways of payment are available:

• By cash to courier.
• By credit card (VISA , Euro?ard/MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, Union Card). Payment occurs through the authorizating server of the universal integrated system CyberPlat.
  Unfortunately, credit card Visa Electron cannot be used for payment of purchases through the Internet.
  In case of cancellation or change of cost of the order, the money resources, which have been written off from your credit card, come back to your account.
• By Webmoney.

An additional discount of 3% is given with WebMoney Transfer.
