Terms of return

Dear customers!

We bring to your attention that in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumers" from 07.02.1992 ¹ 2300-1 (version from 25.10.2007) and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation 19.01.1998 ¹ 55 (version from 27.03.2007) cut flowers and pot plants of proper quality can not de returned and exchanged.

In the case of detection the defects in the delivered flowers arrangement, if they were not stipulated, you can choose to:

• demand replacement for the similar arrangement of equivalent value;
• demand replacement for another arrangement with an appropriate recalculation of the purchase price;
• demand proportionate reduction of the purchase price of flowers arrangement;
• demand free elimination of defects in the flowers arrangement or reimbursement for correction of defects by yourself or a third person;
• renounce the contract of purchase and sail and demand the return of paid amount. You must return arrangement with defects on our request and at our expence.

Undoubtedly, we are responsible for the defects in flowers arrangement if you bring the above requirements till the moment of transfer a flowers arrangementat your disposal.

In case of discovery the defects in flowers arrangement and the bringing the demand for its replacement, we carry replacement of flowers arrangement for two days from the date you specified requirements.

If you replace the flowers arrangement of improper quality to a similar arrangement recalculate of price is not made.

If you replace the flowers arrangement of improper quality for another arrangement with less price you must pay the difference in prices. If you replace the flowers arrangement for another arrangement with highest price the difference in prices is paid to you. The price of flowers arrangement for replacement is determined at the moment of its replacement.

Your demand for commensurately reducing the purchase price of flowers arrangements, reimbursement for correcting defects in flowers arrangement by yourself or a third person, return the sum of money paid for the arrangement subject to satisfaction within ten (10) days from the date of submission of the respective demand.
